More-Solutions now has a site dedicated to email. www.more-email.co.uk were More-Solutions email customers can go and check there emails anywhere in the world. Spam Filtering customers can take a look at their spam box with blocked emails. Another great featre of More-Email is that customers can download there config for there email client, this allows them to configure there email software at a touch of the button, no need to try to remember any complicated information.

We can provide a tailored solution for checking your email and removing spam. The system is inteligent in that it will monitor your email and slowly learn the type of email that you recieve, with your help teaching it if it gets things wrong. Any emails that it thinks are spam get quarantined so that you can locate them if you realise the system has flagged it as spam when it was not, you can deliver the email as normal as well as teaching the system that it was wrong to flag this as spam, it learns for next time.

The system also white lists senders addresses, this allows emails from these people to come straight through the spam filter without being checked, this is good for customers etc who email you on a regular basis and never send you spam.

In addition to the spam filtering the system will also check each email for potential viruses and stop these from arriving on your PC, the spam checking also checks for well know Phising emails, those are the type of email that say you need to update your bank details for a bank that you don't even have an account with.
